Dave Worachek, President and CEO
Dave Worachek founded Value-Based RCM and Value RCM Solutions recognizing a significant need in the marketplace for a revenue cycle outsourcer that values the entire continuum of services, patients, providers, and facilities.
Dave’s focus throughout his career has been operational and financial excellence. A never-ending focus on results has driven exceptional client results and thereby client retention. Financial performance has resulted in the creation of nearly $800 million in exit value from his various companies.
Dave has spent nearly twenty years in revenue solutions companies most recently as the Division President of Revenue Cycle Solutions for Bolder Healthcare Solutions/Cognizant. Prior to that role, Dave was instrumental in the leadership of Springfield Service Corporation/SPi Healthcare in the creation of what has now become the physician revenue cycle division of Conifer.
Dave has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is active in a variety of charitable pursuits including Comfort Fur Kids (providing stuffed animals to hospitalized children) and Together We Cope (supporting those in crisis with food).
Sourav Chandra Das, Executive Vice President
Sourav Chandra Das, Co-founder and Executive Vice President, started Value RCM Solutions with a mission to create employment opportunity and facilitate to build career in Medical Coding and Billing services (US Healthcare).
Sourav started his career in Marketing and shifted to healthcare revenue cycle management in 2005. He has overall experience in running company business, majorly includes Operations, Finance and Client Services. Led multiple significant units to create overall vision, mission, values, beliefs, and strategic goals for organizations. His most recent involvement was with Medfin India (A division of Bolder Healthcare Solutions) as a Director and Board member where he spent 8+ years and helped the company to establish a brand in the market.
Sourav has a bachelor’s degree in Science from University of Calcutta, and Advance Diploma in Business Management. He has been partially involved in helping organize Table Tennis tournaments for kids locally and loves to play Cricket with his children in leisure time.
Damodar Prasad, Executive Vice President
Damodar Prasad, Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Value RCM Solutions, has over two decades of experience in the BPO and Healthcare sector. In the past he has led multiple domains ranging from Operations to HR and was actively involved in planning and budgeting.
He has expertise in the areas of leadership, corporate management, organizational development, and human resource management. Prior to working with Value RCM Solutions, he has worked as Director and was board member for Medfin India Pvt. Ltd. (A division of Bolder Healthcare Solutions)
Damodar holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics from Calcutta University, and Advanced Diploma in Business Management. Has also completed a successful training in medical transcription and clinical data interpretation.
Damodar spends his leisure time with his children and takes avid part in the local events organised for the social cause.
